Getting program to work

I need help. I'm currently running Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 on a Windows 7 Professional platform and I'm trying to use AdvancedHMIBeta326. When I follow all the steps and compile (without any errors), the components don't show up in the toolbox. I have tried unsuccessfully several times. What am I doing wrong?

Go to Tools->Options menu

In that window go to Windows Forms Designer->General and make sure AutoToolboxPopulate is set to true.
