The YouTube video is based on a very old version. The video shows TwinCAT installed on the PC with AdvancedHMI and that is no longer possible.
The controls only had one PLCAddress property, now they have many depending on what you want the value to do. As a general rulle PLCAddressValue will display the value from the PLC and PLCAddressKeypad wil let you write a value back to the PLC.
Were you able to ping the TwinCAT PC? Can you WireShark the packets? I'm still thinking the router entry exists on the remote TwinCAT PC, therefore misdirectling its response.
