Is there a modbus simulator that can do master/slave similar feature like Hercules do client/server? TIA.

I am not sure if there is anything similar but if you are only after that Hercules GUI then try to copycat it yourself.

Then try to integrate all the code you can from Modbus Master and Slave apps here:

The cost of doing this would be your time, anything else might just cost you money.
