Gauge with setpoint

I was wondering if anyone has a gauge that shows the setpoint and the actual values?  It would be nice to have a pointer showing what the setpoint is in one color and the actual value as the existing pointer.

The Meter and Button expansion pack does have a linear meter that lets you give a setpoint/tolerance that will show up as a green bar.
