Support Questions / Link to Documents pdf

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to add some PDFs about the machine documentation and open them from AHMI (not embedded, just a link to open the OS default PDF viewer).

I cannot find an easy way.

Support Questions / Change form only if it is allowed from PLC

Hello,
I would like to allow access into a specific form only if a PLC memory address has a certain value.
(It has been authorized from the PLC).

How could I do that?

I have tried using an IF condition in the MainForm designer -> form change button initialization, reading the memory value with a basiclabel but it will not work as expected.

Support Questions / Cannot communicate to OMRON CJ2M

Hello,
I am testing HMI to see if I can replace the NB displays, but I cannot get to have full communication with the PLC through OmronEthernetFINSCom.

PLC CJ2M-CPU31

In some cases, I can write to D0, but will not get a valid response back from the PLC. And I have not been able to read D0 never.

Attached the Wireshark capture. PLC address is 10.0.0.1, AHMI is 10.0.0.5.

Do anybody know if it is just a configuration problem?

I have been trying different options (TargetNetworkAddress, TargetNodeAddress, Private, Public...) without luck.
