I have to create a C # program that communicates with EGD UC2000 controllers. How can I utilize Advanced HMI?

Do you have an OPC server for it?

AdvancedHMI does not have a native driver for GE. If you have an OPC server, you can use the OpcDaCom driver in AdvancedHMI
