Title: Basic label numeric format

I want to change the format of a 4 digit number from xxxx to xx,xx in a basic label. Been trying with the numeric format property but haven't been able to get it right.

NumericFormat=0.00

And possibly you may need:

ValueScaleFactor = 0.01
