Support Questions / ModbusRTUCom - dynamic BaudRate

I'm trying to change dynamically the BaudRate from the code behind but it doesn't work. If I try to use wrong BaudRate and after that I specify a correct BaudRate it doesn't affect the driver. The driver continue saying - No Reponse from PLC. Ensure driver settings are correct.
Any help ?

I made some new tests with CompactLogix 1769-L18ERM. It turned out that the problem was in my computer. I just test AdvancedHMI  on another computer it was working very well.
I still don't know what exactly is the problem on my pc. It works very well with older version of CompactLogix. I can ping the controller and also can see it in Linx but in my opinion the Ethernet/ip doesn't work correctly with the new CompactLogix. Anyway, I just wanted to say that there is no problem.

I tested with AdvancedHMI V399a. The controller was 1769-L18ERM-BB1B, B Series, firmware 20.012

Last week I tested AdvancedHMI with CompactLogix 1769-L18ERM, and there were problems. It started reading the values correctly but on every 20 seconds it was trowing exception - No Response from PLC(22). As far as I know this is the latest version of CompactLogix so probably there some changes. I hope that Archie will take a look at that because it is critical.

Support Questions / Micro850 - GetTagList - Doesn't work

Hi,
When I tried to read all the tags from Micro850 I got this exception: Additional information: Timeout when retrieving ControlLogix tags.
I have  Micro850  2080-LC50-24QBB and use AdvancedHMI BetaV399a.
There are not so many tags in the controller so I wonder if that method is supported at all for Micro800.
Should I somehow increase the timeout value ?
This functionality is critical for my project so I really will appreciate any help.

Thank you for the answers. BLFTech, your answers is currently the only possible as far as I know. However, it seems like a workaround. For example RsLogix somehow reads the mode of the controller without GSV instructions and creating a temporary tag. I guess this is a part of the CIP protocol which is not publicly available. It would be great if Archie research that functionality and add it to his communication driver.

Archie, do you know how we can detect Run/Program mode on CompactLogix ?
I found some GSV instructions - Status, and some predefined tags like @Status, @Mode, @IsPresent but I don't know how to use them with AdvancedHMI. I tried to read them directly but it doesn't work.
