2. How many tags can be added to a DataSubscrier2?

4. Can the maximum no of tags added to a DataSubscriber2 be increased?

3. I'm in need to log around 7000 tags from ControlLogix to SQL is A.H.M.I a feasible solution?

4. How much time will it take  to get data of 7000 tags from ControlLogix to A.H.M.I?

Support Questions / Omron Ethernet Fins driver
« on: November 21, 2015, 09:12:22 AM »
Hey Archie,

Currently i have been working on a project with Omron NJ101-1000 PLC in which I have 3 digital tags W0.00, W0.01, W0.02. I was trying to connect it to the PLC via Advanced HMI but it always throws "No Reponse from PLC. Ensure baud rate is correct." error from HostlinkbaseCom's function
Public Function Read(ByVal startAddress As String, ByVal numberOfElements As Integer) As String() Implements IComComponent.Read

And when timer is added to read the value of W0.02 then it gives the error as "Send Buffer is full, may have lost communication." from HostlinkbaseCom's

Please guide me how to connect the NJ series Omron PLC to  our AdvancedHMI

Thanks for your valuable time and effort and a fantastic product.

But when i try to connect it via AHMI I get  P.L.C NO RESPONSE(21)" error. Can somebody tell me what can i do to get data to our AHMI through this converter from P.L.C.

« on: July 15, 2015, 08:38:19 AM »
Hi,

I'm using EthernetIP for CLX communication driver in Advanced HMI and and my CIP packet size is 508. At the first instance everything was ok then i connected my system to office LAN and  updated the AdvancedHMI project that i was working on and suddenly it started giving CIP pcket size error for all the labels and Didgital Panel Meters. Kindly let me know what went wrong. I've tried everything even to the point of going back like it was earlier, but nothing works. Please guide me.

Open Discussion / GetProcessor Type
« on: November 30, 2013, 08:56:28 AM »
Hey Archie,
It been a pleasure having AdvancedHMI in my PC and has made my life a lot easier. Thenks for that. Recently I've been experimenting with your new version of AdvancedHMIDrivers in VS2010 Ultimate and found out that if the PLC Processor is not connected to my system then the DF1Comm1.GetProcessorType() in vb.net freezes the whole system even if it's been running on a back ground thread. Any help you can shed on this will be really appreciated. Also i'm awaiting the release of Modbus RTU and ASCII drivers which you promised us this December.
