Visual Studio 2015 or AHMI 399d Problem ?
« on: April 07, 2016, 05:35:46 PM »
Hi,
Not sure wherein the problem lies.
I keep getting this error message: See the attached.

Also, I'm getting the error message that:
"cannot find the .pdb file.
and lastly, after I have all the required .DLL's in the correct directory I get the "cannot find the "...library"
When I go to the folder they have been deleted.

A nasty virus?
Bad setup?
Please point me in the right direction and your thoughts.
I've run Nortons but nothing shows up.
I've also deleted and reinstalled VS as well as use a clean AHMI .sln

Many thanks..

Is this happening when you just create a simple Windows Forms application?

Archie,
I aplogize for not responding sooner..poor manners.

My problem was the computers and massive corruption, I had to re partion and re-install. VS 2015 now runs. A tip though, my neighbor is a software engineer and she said that many times, insted of just clicking on a program to run it, high-lite and run as administrator.

Just a fyi and thanks again.
