ChartBySampling not showing any value

I'm trying to trend a real-value (F402001) from a Modicon M340 PLC with ChartBySampling control (for code and form, see screenshots in attachments).
When I run the application, I can see the value in the BasicLabel and the BasicTrendChart, but not in the ChartBySampling.
Can you please tell me what I do wrong?

Does it work if you add the PLCAddressItem using the property window in the designer instead of with code?

At first that didn't seem to work (something with "Type doesn't match..."), but now it does!!
