Any chance we could reduce the minimum number of digits in the DPM from 4 to 2?

The DigitalPanelMeter limits the range of digits because of the way the frame graphics are pieced together from left and right images. To go to 2 digits, you can use the SevenSegment2 and create a bitmap for the frame image.
