Modbus TCP flowmeters

Good afternoon
I have a flowmeter and I need to send the totalized data to a data base, the communication is modbus tcp, I cannot read the data, please if someone can help me addressing, I attach the manual thanks

It is a flowmeter that has a Lantronix port 10001 brand Ethernet port card installed, a port other than 502 can be used because I cannot receive the flowmeter data.

Do you mean the TCP Port as set in the driver instance?

The flowmeter protocol is modus rtu over TCP, there will be some possibility of achieving communication through AdvancedHMI
