Can you please add Cirucit Breaker symbols. This looks like a half empty circle that has vertical lines connected to top and bottom. You should be able to change colors.
Thank you!

This would be nice with an open close feedback, Green for Open Red for Close. The expansion pack could contain Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Air Switches, Transfer Switches and Lines that could also change colors. I would buy it.
-
That is what I was thinking! I would definitely buy it too.
-
Here are a couple of circuit breaker symbols I've used in projects. These work well in the GraphicIndicator to show dynamic breaker status. Also a couple basic transfer switch images.

Thanks Mr.Pike

Have also used basicindicators with lineshapes like in this image.

Here is a question for all members looking for AHMI electrical controls:
From the attached picture, would you be able to use these controls in your projects?
These controls are not available any longer. Picture is left as a reference of what the controls could look like.
-
Certainly, especially if the color can be changed by bit as well as the positions.
-
I would also

I would love to give them a try. Should save me time trying to use the line control. Look forward to it, thanks.
-
Just to clarify that these controls will be published as an expansion pack and will be available on the main website as soon as Archie posts them (probably with the next version of AHMI).
-
I will buy it. Can you include a transformer? If needed, I can send you a pic tomorrow.
-
There will be a transformer coil control (see the updated pictures in previous post).

Hello Gents,
The symbols above are great. While Archie will be putting them on the Website, is there any way I can get my hands on them now?
Thanks.

Purchased. Do i add it under Purchased items?
-
Once you extract all the files there is a file with installation instructions that you should carefully read in order to create AHMI controls (try to read it fully before doing anything).
Do let me know if you need further assistance (or just let me know if everything works properly on your end).
Thank you.

I think I hosed something up. All of the .vb files are under my main project. Shouldn't they be in the controls folder?
-
You didn't really hose up anything (you followed the instructions which were intended for general users - I just updated and refined the document to prevent that from happening to AHMI users in the future and also added some more details to the installation procedure).
What you can currently do is remove all these new controls (right-click each control and then click Delete).
Then in the step 4 that says to "right-click project, point to Add and select Existing Items" you should instead right-click the PurchasedControls folder, point to Add and select Existing Items.
This way you will keep all the controls in the same folder.

This package is not available any longer.
In some other posts in this forum, Archie already suggested that pretty much any Windows Forms control could be converted to AHMI control. It is only a matter of choosing one of the existing controls from the Controls folder as the best suited template.
The choice of WaterPump.vb control seems to be the most appropriate since it offers generally acceptable template for converting pretty much any Windows Forms control to AHMI control (some errors could possibly appear generally related to some property being non-existent in the original control).
