Title: Siemens Drivers

Any chance of getting Siemens Drivers??

Probably no time soon for a native driver. It takes 3-6 months to write, test, and debug a new driver. Currently we have no internal projects requiring a Siemens driver, so it's not on a high priority for now.

Some other users have used the OpcDaCom with a Siemens OPC server

Old version already had s7 1200 driver .
I had connected it to S1200 PLC over ProfiNet . It could read PLC tags as shown in sample . I suppose writing to PLC was problem.
Now I dont have that PLC , else I would have retested that .
Now most Siemens PLCs will come ProfiNet so this old driver should serve the purpose .
