Characters where they don't belong
« on: April 02, 2018, 03:06:40 PM »
I was carry this laptop from my office. Everything has been running great just would like to get rid of the characters. See attachment. They are above the screen part. Rebooting doesn't do anything.
Thanks
George

Is it the GM21 that are the extra characters? Can you show the form in design view?

If it is all the 2's in the form's title then just check the form's Text property in the design view (it might not be obvious so enter it and scroll to the right).

Archie, I'll show it in design view. But, GM21, GM31 are OK. They are part of my screen. it is the ``2222222222222222`````` etc. Godra, I'll check it 1st thing in the morning.

My appreciation for the program & all the hard work keeping it up and all the people that take the time to get us new people going.
Thanks
George

Even after looking at the picture twice, I still missed the 2s, which makes much more sense for being the extra characters you were referring to.

I completely agree with Godra, it is most likely in the form's Text property

Thanks again. Yes, that is where they were. Once deleted, saved and restarted. all is well.
