Show Control On top Of other Control
« on: February 03, 2020, 08:32:31 PM »
Hi All,

I'm trying to place some controls on top of a live video control (https://www.advancedhmi.com/forum/index.php?topic=976.msg5123#msg5123).
I tried using RotationalIndicator, Basic Label, GraphicIndicator and they work.
But when i tried to put SevenSegment and SquareIlluminatedButton, they dissappear when running. I have set them 'bring to front'.

1st photo is the program in running mode.

The SevenSegment uses a transparent background, so it does not play very well on top of changing controls.

in that case, i will use digitalmeter to replace the sevensegment and basicindicator to replace the basicbutton.

You could always just try to put those controls on a panel or a groupbox?
Still just trying to figure out this thing called Life.
