Title: Cannot run 2 AHMI projects at once. What can I do/check?

I have 2 AHMI projects that only monitor tags using OpcDaCom1. Each work fine individually and display the data I need. However, if I run project 1, project 2 will not run and vice-versa. I used the method in the post "Installation Without Frustration" (XCOPY deployment) to run the projects. What could be the possible cause for this?

In addition, I have an AHMI application done by the previous automation engineer (unfortunately he passed away and I am trying to figure out the projects he worked on myself) ,and it is able to run while either project 1 or project 2 runs without a problem. What should I compare to try to find where my problem resides?
