Hi Sujaira,

There are two types of Modbus that I am familiar with. You are referring to modbus RTU, which is modbus over a RS232 interface using a serial port. There is no driver for that yet. Archie suggested I look for that feature around December-January (see http://advancedhmi.com/forum/index.php?topic=180.0)

The other type of Modbus is Modbus TCP/IP, which is modbus over ethernet. I am using this right now, and it is working great.

Is the advance HMI good for this cain of proyect ??

Hi Sujaira,

AdvancedHMI works well as a SCADA in my opinion, without requiring any programming.
What you are doing may, or may not, require some programming - but that is fun too.

I recommend using AdvancedHMI, which is what I'm doing.
Yes its good.
