Title: DF1 problem with timer

With DF1 comm driver there is a problem to access timer:
driver works well for reading .ACC timer register but it's not possible to write/read .PRE timer register

3.63 I have not tried yet other newer versions

I tested this with the version 3.70 that was just posted and it worked with reading and writing if both .PRE and .ACC

I did the testing on a MicroLogix 1100
