OPC-UA in the pipeline?
« on: December 13, 2015, 12:10:26 AM »
AAHMI has a driver for OPCDA, but I am curious to know if it will  work with OPC-UA as well? Like the one from Inductive Automation. TIA

I'm not an OPC expert by any means, but I am quite sure the OpcDaDriver would not work with OPC UA. That driver uses some OPC Foundation wrappers that are geared specifically for OPC DA.

it looks like Matrikon has an OPC Universal PLC Server, it support a number of PLC types.
Has anyone tried this yet?
